 It seems like it was just yesterday that I had surgery from Dr. Nam, but it's already been 6 weeks and almost 2 months.
My breasts are slightly new breasts, so when I look at them, they feel like they are somewhere between half a cup and one cup bigger compared to before the surgery. I don't think it's going to go any further after a month or so. To preserve my precious fat, I ate a lot of foods that were good for my breasts and body after the surgery, and my belly fat also increased. The volume has decreased compared to right after the surgery, but I'm glad it seems to be sticking to it well.
These days, I'm feeling the joy(?) of buying new underwear.
What's interesting is that although my weight has increased compared to before the surgery, the area around my belly where the liposuction was performed has lines, making me look slimmer. My abdomen is still lumpy overall due to bloating and biobond, but the flesh is slowly getting softer. The arms were well-lined without any lumps. It would be great if the scars on my elbows disappeared.
After completing 3 rounds of CAPS, I am self-managing at home using high frequency and ultrasound devices. He has a lower output than the hospital, so the effect is minimal, but I think it's more helpful than not doing anything.
I still feel a tingling pain every now and then, so I continue to wear compression garments. Does it hurt more when you don't wear it?
I feel empty now that I don't have compression clothing. I plan to wear compression garments well and practice self-care consistently for the next three months.
Next time, I will come back with a changed(?) appearance!
