This is a review of the first month of forearm liposuction.
I performed liposuction like this: arms (front, back) + shoulders + bra.
I have a constitution where I tend to gain more weight in my upper body than in my lower body, so even if I gain just a little bit of weight, I end up with a huge lump.
I think the surgery took about 2 hours, and when I go home, please make sure I wake up from the anesthesia and can go home safely. I went to the bathroom in the middle of the anesthesia, but the nurses kept supporting me and checking my condition, so I felt more at ease.
For reference, if you look at reviews of forearm liposuction, there are people who go to work right after the surgery, but from my personal experience, We recommend that you get plenty of rest. I rested for about 3 days, including the day of surgery, and then went to work. My forearms didn't hurt, but since I wore a shoulder bra, lying down and getting up in bed took a lot of time for me, who lives alone, and washing up was really difficult.
The major swelling and bruising went away in two weeks, and I only had to wear compression garments when I was sleeping, so after the third day. From then on, my life was fine and there was no major problem. The swelling and bruising did not extend to the lower arm, but rather extended to the abdomen-pelvic line. I don't think it usually goes this far, but this is a different person, so if you are prone to swelling due to your constitution, take the prescribed medication and manage it by doing light aerobic exercise for about an hour every day!
The photos below are 2 before surgery, 1 day after surgery, and 3 weeks after surgery!
