Even though I'm dieting hard, my stomach really isn't getting any better, so
I did the Infinite Abdominal Rams on 11/29.
It 's still swollen, so it doesn't look like much has changed, but
my circumference went down by 0.5 from 109 to 108.5, and my weight went down by 2kg from 87 to 85. It's a big change in just one week, so I feel really good. ㅎㅎ I want to work out harder and wear pretty clothes.
