The pain was much worse in my abdomen. I don't know if it's because I'm tired because it's the second surgery or if my abdomen originally hurt more
. But surprisingly, the discomfort in my arms was much worse in my daily life
. Did I not stretch enough? My arms and armpits are still swollen and when I tie my hair up, they pull a lot and are uncomfortable.
I was shocked that my abdomen didn't come off, so I've been stretching occasionally. I don't know if it's coming off or not, but the discomfort is minimal

Next week, I'm going to a place that manually releases swollen arms and if it seems to be releasing a bit
, I'm going to get some abdominal swollen ones too. Those who are going to do liposuction, do a lot of stretching. I was so busy with work that I didn't stretch, so my armpits are miserable.
