I've heard a lot from people around me saying that I've lost weight, so I'm happy. Since I'm losing weight, I've been using a diet booster and working hard these days~?
My arms are noticeably different than before, but it's still too early to be satisfied!! I'm sure my diet will be successful and I'll have bone arms!!!!!
In terms of pain, I still have some minor pain, but it's the same as before. I feel like I've pulled out a lot of pain in my back and it still hurts (I had a hard time getting out of bed in the 2nd week.) But I'm more satisfied with my back than my arms.. My size has changed. Everyone ㅠㅠ You can wear tight clothes too~~
