I only lost one part of both, but if you look at the after pictures, the difference is huge..? I lost a total of two areas - the inner part of my thighs and the outer part of my arms. I'm very satisfied with how I feel now after two months. First of all, my arms were a little swollen at first, but after one month, it went down and became boney, and my thighs looked completely different from the beginning! I thought I would lose more weight after a month, but after the second month, surprisingly, the weight loss started to slowly increase. It was a 365-day diet that I was very happy with, but I don't need to lose weight anymore because I'm tired, I just need to maintain it!!
