+2 I told you when I went to see the progress at week 2, and since the current shape is not completely established, if you are not satisfied even after 6 months after the progress report, they will only perform a reoperation on the tip of the nose. There's nothing I can do right now, so I'm going to take it easy in the meantime.
-------------------------------------------------- ---------------------
Grinding the beak ( I
decided to leave a little bit) + osteotomy
I wanted it to be longer, but it just felt like it was lifted upwards without any feeling of length. I heard it will go down a bit over time, but the length of the tip of the nose won't get longer... If you look at the pictures of the reviews at Seongyesa, I chose this hospital because it felt pretty as if the tip of the nose was grabbed and stretched forward, but it didn't turn out like that. The nasolabial angle was already reasonably large before the surgery, so I don't understand why they only lifted the tip of the nose upward instead of moving it forward.
The line on the side of the bridge of the nose is also not that pretty. It feels a bit like a saddle nose.
When viewed from the front, too many nostrils are visible, making it look like a pig's nose.
I wonder if I'm looking at it wrong, so when I ask my family if it's pretty or if it looks good, they say, 'I don't know because of the swelling, I don't know because of the bruises,' and they avoid answering, and they absolutely don't say that it's pretty.
What do you think when the public sees it? Even if it is slightly overcorrected to account for the swelling and the tip of the nose coming down later, do they usually make the nasolabial angle that much bigger? Over time, will the nasolabial angle become smaller than now and the nostrils become less visible? If the tip of the nose had been lengthened a little forward and raised, I would have held on for a while, thinking that the rest would get better over time, but I'm very embarrassed because it doesn't feel like it's raised at all and the shape of the nose just looks odd;; Fortunately, even if the tip of the nose comes down, the shape of the nose will be almost the same as before the surgery, except that the beak is slightly shaved. Is this the result of the surgery that cost over 4 million won?
How should I talk about this when I go to see the progress of this week?
