 I had a second surgery with Dr. Kang Chang-gyun at Cowell Plastic Surgery because of side effects from rhinoplasty at another hospital, such as silicone seepage, inflammation, and scar improvement!
I didn’t do much research because I was going to Gangnam with a friend ㅠㅠ I had the same surgery at the same hospital as my friend and asked them to raise the nose higher,
but I found out after the surgery that they put in thicker silicone than what was described in the consultation ㅠ
They said the anesthesia wouldn’t work and proceeded with general anesthesia, so the immediate aftermath of the surgery and the recovery period were very difficult.
After that, inflammation was visible and the silicone was showing, so I was very stressed… .
And I thought I should find a hospital that could reverse this, so I looked for a hospital for about a year.
Then I got a consultation with Dr. Kang Chang-gyun, who is famous for rhinoplasty. It was my first rhinoplasty that was so difficult and heartbreaking ㅠㅠ I

So I trusted them and went ahead with the surgery!! I was
so nervous before the surgery that my whole body shook, but the nurses in the surgery room tried to ease my nerves by talking to me and explaining everything to me before I was put under anesthesia so that I wouldn't be scared, and they even told me that I would be sleepy now...
(It was so different from my previous hospital.. At my previous hospital, they didn't talk to me and I would tremble, but they just injected medicine and put me to sleep...)
I didn't feel any pain at all, and most of all, the hospital staff were all so kind and considerate, telling me to take my time when putting down my luggage because I had a lot of it, so it was great!!
More than anything, I'm so happy that the swelling after the surgery is going down day by day, and that the scar isn't visible even when taken from below in the pictures, and that the silicone doesn't show through under any lighting!
Since the starting point is lowered, the nose also looks much shorter
. This is a really trustworthy place that I can trust and entrust my family members to if they need surgery...
I'm so glad I was able to get my rhinoplasty done here, and anyone who's thinking about getting a second surgery... please... please trust me and go for a consultation... .!!
