It's the 10th day after surgery and I'm using cleansing foam. As I do this, foam is getting inside my nose. How do you remove the foam in your nose? Are you just holding it in water? The hospital told me not to blow my nose, so I just put my nose in the water for 2-3 seconds, but I wonder if it's right to do it this way.
