It's been about 6 months now, but just looking at the post-surgery picture, doesn't it look like a nose job? (Say yes) But again, comparing it to the before-surgery picture is devastating... I wonder how I lived with that nose. They said I had to donate to do it, so I used all of my cartilage and donor ribs, and
I used silicone on the bridge of my nose. But again, my nose was too low to fit just the tip of my nose, so I decided to get implants. So far, there has been no problem. Of course, I know it hasn't been long yet
