I haven't loosened the stitches yet, but so far I'm satisfied.

Counseling was given mainly to places where natural noses and functional noses are also common.
After visiting about 6 places for counseling, I finally decided on this place.
1. Consultation
Explained with 3D (?) CT pictures.
He said that he would probably do an osteotomy because he had a big hook.
And he said that he would use a nasal septum for the tip of the nose and additional ear cartilage if it was not enough.
He showed me a lot of before and after pictures of a case similar to mine, and
I liked the before and after pictures so much that I decided to do it here.
Overall, the manager treats me kindly.
And the manager's consultation time..
The price is in the mid-300s for beauty and the early 100s for functions.
I didn't think too much about the function because it was used once.
In the case of a discount, if you put in a deposit of about 100,000 won, you will get a lot of discount.
But is the deposit 1 week before the surgery? Just say it and it will be refunded.
(Actually, I think there is nothing to lose.)
In the end, you can think of it as being in the early 300s when looking only at beauty.
After much deliberation, I finally set a date for surgery.
2. The surgery
was scheduled for the first time in the morning on the day of surgery.
Arrived around 9:30, was guided to the recovery room, changed into surgical clothes, and finished washing my face.
I went into the operating room in a slightly nervous state..
The director came in with my limbs fixed.
He came in full of fighting spirit as if he was intentionally raising the tension.
He seemed to be nervous, so he told me to relax.
After injecting sleeping ingredients, he told me to blink.
But I can't sleep because I can't
sleep
.
Chief? Come over and explain things.
And about 2 hours later, the director came and explained the surgery.
He said it went well, and he
said that the nasal bone was thicker than he thought, so he didn't have to worry about the open loop, so he just shaved it off, not osteotomy.
And the nasal septum was enough, so he said he didn't have to use ear cartilage. (Fortunately..)
Fill up the time and go home.. Catch a taxi and come home.
3. After surgery
To be honest, the most difficult day after nose surgery is when I put cotton in my nose.
It was difficult to breathe and eat because I had to breathe through my mouth.
In this case, the cotton in the nose was removed after 1 day.
I consider this to be a very big advantage. (Usually 2-3 days)
He said it was possible
because he had quick hands and good technique,
so there was less bleeding.
Waking up every 30 minutes at night and going to bed repeatedly, waiting for tomorrow to come.
It was finally bright in the morning , so I
went to the hospital and took out the cotton and came home now...
I felt like I would live too much even if I only took out the cotton
. Originally, less breathing went in through the right nostril, but now it feels like it goes in evenly on both sides. Functionality is also satisfactory.
(+ I couldn't breathe because the scab was blocking my nose, so I wiped it gently with a cotton swab dipped in saline, and it was pierced.)
One-line summary: Satisfied with functional nose and cosmetic nose. One day cotton is enough. The price seems reasonable too.
4. PS. Introducing rhinitis injections recommended for people with allergic
rhinitis.
I heard that it is a steroid + vitamin component,
but after taking this, the inside of the nose does not swell and there is no runny nose.
The duration of the effect is said to be 2-6 months.
(Women, please search for side effects and find out if you are right..)
As the allergic rhinitis disappeared, I could definitely feel the nasal septal deviation.
I definitely couldn't breathe more through my right nose.
Now I'm going to wait for the day when the stitches are removed while paying attention to the swelling...
I hope it goes well.. Now I'm done writing.
