<< 수술 전 >><< 수술 당일 >><< 한달 차 >><< 두달 차 >><< 두달 차 >>8 years ago, I had surgery on my eyes and nose at a large hospital in Sinsa-dong, but my eyes are just okay, lol.
I thought a lot about getting a second nose surgery ㅠㅠ
At the time, I had the surgery with silicone on the bridge of my nose / ear cartilage on the tip of my nose, and
I was satisfied with the height, but my nose tip is not high and is a straight line, so the beak started to show again as time passed. ㅠㅠ
And the implant also feels a little bit tilted to one side?!
These days, a straight nose is popular, but I definitely wanted a fancy semi-sunline line with a high nose tip.
Nose bridge: Silicone (I reused the implant I used because I wanted to maintain the height from my first surgery, so I don't know how many mm it is)
Nose tip: Ear cartilage + autologous
costal cartilage We decided to do a slight non-incision nostril reduction at the same time!!!!!!!
It's actually a little ironic that I didn't think about costal cartilage while wanting a fancy and high semi-sunline nose tip^^;;;;
The nose I want (BJ Plico) required costal cartilage, so I was a little worried, but the director spoke to me clearly and confidently, so ok! Decision on surgery!
The reason I chose this hospital was because the director tried his best to listen to all of my opinions..!
I could see that he was trying to listen to what I wanted, so I decided right away.
Also, when I had my first surgery at a large hospital,, it was hard to see the progress, and I mostly went home after receiving treatment without seeing the director, so I
intentionally chose a private hospital, lol. It's
only been two months since the surgery, and it's a second surgery, so my nose still feels a bit thick!!
(It could be because I particularly wanted a thinner and slimmer nose, so I feel that way lol.)
The two-month picture definitely feels slimmer than the one-month picture??
If the swelling goes down like this, my flat nose will go away in no time...^^
Oh, and in the two-month picture, I had a pimple on the bridge of my nose and had to put an acne patch on itㅠㅠ
My skin usually gets pimples easily.. I don't know if it got worse after the surgery ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
For your information, I'm an office worker so I couldn't take time off after the surgery, so I went to work the next day and took half a day off two days later to get it disinfected ㅠ.ㅠ
Fortunately, I was a little tired on the day and the next day, but I was completely better from the second day, so going to get treatment was no problem at all^.^ (I'm proud of myself..ㅋㅋ)
The columella scar is barely visible now and the costal cartilage scar is fading, so I think it'll be barely visible as time goes by!!
Since it's a revision surgery, the swelling seems to be going down a little slower than the first surgery,, but
my lines are definitely prettier than before the surgery and the swelling seems to be going down little by little every day, so I look in the mirror every day!
