The first is before, and the rest are all after. It's been two weeks since I had rhinoplasty, and I was asked to improve the bridge of my nose to look natural, and my nose to be improved with tip plastic surgery, fat removal, cartilage bundling, and columella lowering. But the front nose tip furrow is even. In particular, if you look at the top of the bridge of the nose, the right side is out and the left side is convex. However, on the left side, only the middle of the nose bridge is convex and it looks like the cartilage at the tip of the nose was tied a little tight. The beak on the right side of my nose sticks out horizontally, so I cut only the right side and the misalignment got worse. Do you think I need to do it again? ㅠㅠ Or is it just normal enough not to worry about it?? Is the asymmetry too severe? Or should we look at the swelling further?
