Oh, that's right, I used the derotation method to lower it using only the ear cartilage. The cost wasn't much different from using costal cartilage.
But I have severe inflammation, so if I use costal cartilage, it's likely to melt again, so it doesn't go up. Is the technique the director uses using ear cartilage?
