 It's been 2 months since my nose surgery! When I think about the painful times I've had, I feel like I never want to have surgery again.
I guess the swelling lasts for quite a long time. Maybe it's because I didn't use the ice pack at first, or maybe it's because of my constitution, but the yellow bruises and black eyes didn't go away, so I couldn't go outside.
Anyway, it seems natural as time passes, but there are some parts I don't like, so I'm posting this as a review to ask questions.
I was worried that my nose would look puffy and puffy like in the picture, so I decided to have surgery. This is my first surgery.
I had surgery on 23.01.21 and the photo is 2 weeks and 2 months (currently).
The surgical materials used were the columella-autologous costal cartilage+top of the tip of the nose-nasal septal cartilage.
The bridge of the nose was made with silicone (4mm) + osteotomy.
During my consultation, I was told that the skin on the tip of my nose was thick.
I already had a deviated septum corrected when I was young, but it wasn't perfect, so I also had a functional nose job done.
I was selling handmade products here, but decided to go to 7 different places.
The criteria for selection were functional insurance processing, the friendliness and reliability of the doctors, I searched a lot on YouTube, and the hospital was a bit large, so I chose this place because it seemed like it had good equipment, facilities, and a good environment.
It's been 2 months now and I think it's getting more natural, but my nose still gets a little tight when I smile and the tip of my nose is still swollen. When I touch it, it looks hard and big. I'm worried about whether I should call it a nose bud or not.
I thought you would have a sharp nose tip like everyone else.
Because of this, the bridge of the nose looks too thin and the proportions are messed up. It makes me wonder if the osteotomy was done for no reason.
Is this the end of the second month?
Has the double nose correction not been done properly?
Or is the swelling continuing to go down?
Is correction not possible due to the thick skin at the tip of the nose?
