I have a low nose and a small nose, so I had a silicone 3mm septum tip cut out. I really liked it. It wasn't an ugly nose to begin with, but it was naturally pretty, the height was just right, and my facial features were restored. It did
n't show up at all, and I was seeing a natural frontal effect,
so my side profile became prettier. The effect from the front is better ㅠㅠ

I hope it doesn't cause inflammation or side effects. I like it so much ㅠㅠ
