<3~4개월 후><최근 1년반 후><비주>I've really been fighting my flat nose my whole life.
Because of the collaboration of flat nose and deviated septum (hunched nose),
I've had three surgeries:
once at an orthopedic surgery to correct the flat nose, twice at a plastic surgery clinic, and three times at a plastic surgery clinic because I didn't like the design. So
my nose has always been flat , and the bobby nose line that was popular 10 years ago was starting to look outdated, so I started looking for hospitals to change the design.
I went from hospital to hospital for examinations and consultations, and all I heard was that I had really bad rhinitis..!
The reason I had a crooked nose was because of a deviated septum, and it got worse and became rhinitis.
For some reason, my nose was particularly blocked on one side and my nose wouldn't open well.
But since I've already had 3 nose surgeries and had broken my nose bridge twice, I was really scared this time.
So I thought it would be my last and started looking for a hospital for a few months.
My criteria for looking were
1. A doctor who could definitely help me get rid of my deviated septum.
2. A doctor who could absolutely fix my deviated septum.
3. A place that was not a factory-type but a one-man hospital.
I looked
everywhere from large to small, and
as a result, they honestly explained what was possible and impossible. They also explained
how to prevent recurrence since
deviated septum has a high risk of recurrence and many people (like me) have to have a second surgery.
Above all, design was important to me, so I chose a hospital after seeing with my own eyes the data that the doctor who had my deviated nose had created into a pointy nose several times
(no wonder he even touched the hospital director's nose himself lol).
So I chose Yonsei With . I made up my mind and it was the right choice.
The director performs the surgery on one patient a day and writes about the surgery on the hospital blog every day afterwards, so
I wasn't anxious even after putting down a deposit.
Since the daily updates on people getting rhinoplasty made me feel relieved that they had fixed my flat nose again today...?
I underwent allergy and cardiopulmonary tests separately before the surgery, and
on the day of the surgery, the usual plastic surgery takes up to 3 hours, but
I was so scared and worried when they told me to schedule 5 hours for the surgery. The total surgery time was 7 hours;;;;; They
didn't just perform the surgery roughly and cover it up, but took care of everything until it was fixed at a university hospital level and then closed it. They said
that the inside was much more serious than I thought when they opened it up, so it took longer.
Also, since I had the surgery on Lunar New Year, I had to go in for antibiotic ringer drops every two days except for the holiday..!
He made sure that I never got inflammation or dehiscence, and he did aftercare regardless of summer or winter.
He also
had me reshape my nose with a chiropractor every other day to make sure the bones didn't fuse incorrectly inside the cast. He also disinfected the inside of my nose once every other day.
In conclusion, my deviated nose came out, my nasal septum didn't collapse, and my rhinitis was cured.
I'm so grateful, to the point where I can call him my second father!!!!!!
And since he's an ENT clinic and not a plastic surgeon, I felt that he definitely took care of the functional part
as well. I'd like to express my gratitude once again to Director Yongju, who allowed me to live without being teased about having a deviated nose anymore...!
