I also had an osteotomy while performing the hook nose surgery. I wanted to reduce the chance of side effects, so I used a donor rib instead of silicone. Also, I didn’t have a lot of swelling in my nose, but there was swelling around my nose. Now, after a month, the swelling has gone down a lot, and I wear makeup, but when people around me see me, they say that I’ve changed completely, that I’m really good, that I’m so pretty, and everyone I meet asks where and how much I paid for it haha I love it so much and I hope it doesn't go down any more.
