The filler I put in 13 years ago melted and spread, so
the tip of my nose drooped and I
didn't like the round shape of my nose, so I looked into nose surgery. ~ ~
As well as the recovery period, the goal was a natural nose, so I
grind my own cartilage and inject it into the tip of my nose.

There was almost no pain from the nose surgery, and
I think the swelling and tingling sensation lasted for about a week. ~
