 6-month review of nose revision surgery.
My original nose wasn't bad, but
ten years ago I had the surgery without any information and without any fear.
At first, I had no major complaints, but as time went by, the tip of my nose started to sag, so I decided to have the surgery again.
This time, she decided to try her hand and foot, and I read a lot of her reviews at this place and got introduced to her by people around me, so I found out a lot about her.

The skin on the tip of the nose was thin, so I used autologous dermis removed from the buttocks, and
I didn't even know that the nasal septum was used.. I took a CT scan and checked the inside of the nose during the consultation with the director, and he said it had already been used. .. so donated costal cartilage was used.
I thought I had researched a lot, but the more I looked into it, the more confusing the words were here and there. It was nice that during the consultation, he clearly explained the points that applied to me -> the characteristics of my nose, the limitations of improvement, etc. - in an easy-to-understand manner.
During the first surgery, the stuffing inside my nose was so terrible that when I decided to have a second surgery, I was very worried that the donor ribs would have to be covered with cotton for a week, but it was actually better than I expected. During the first surgery, it was the worst because I felt like my nose was constantly being poked even when I was still, but when I had the second surgery, I thought I would be able to endure it for a week as soon as the surgery was over, and fortunately I got through it without any problems.
There were more bruises than expected, perhaps because the skin was thin, but
there wasn't much swelling and recovery was quick due to my constitution.
After deciding to have surgery, I just trusted everything and waited.
During the consultation, surgery/post-treatment, and progress, the director, managers, and nursing teachers were all kind and attentive, so I really liked this part as well.
It was the most expensive of all the places I received consultation with the idea that there would be no more reoperations, but it was worth the investment and I was very satisfied with the results.
