I was told that it is a non-incision surgery and that the nose bridge filler does not need to be removed, so I went for a consultation. They explained everything in such detail and provided good consultation according to my image, so I think I made the decision almost right away.
I wanted a natural nose, so I tried to raise only the tip of my nose a little, but when I got filler on the bridge of my nose, it also hit my eyebrows, which gave me an angry look and a wrinkle in the middle of my nose as a side effect of the filler. My teeth were starting to thin, so I decided to remove all the filler and have surgery. And I wanted a more natural and luxurious look.
First, we took a picture, and the director suggested lowering the bridge of the nose and raising the tip of the nose to a nose tip. Rather than having the bridge of the nose raised and the tip of the nose raised, the bridge of the nose was lowered and the nose looked higher ( The doctor turned on Photoshop and gave me a prediction after surgery, and it came out almost exactly the same!) I used the temporal fascia to raise the bridge of my nose and the tip of my nose with a nose gel. I was honestly very worried because there weren't many reviews about the temporal fascia, there was a limit to its height, and there was talk of it shrinking. The surgery didn't really hurt, and my ears only felt a burning sensation. The temporal area was only slightly pulled when I chewed, so it wasn't an inconvenience in my daily life. There was none! I was worried because people around me said it was difficult because of the cotton stuffing, but since there was no cotton, I didn't know I had surgery because I couldn't feel it. In fact, I cried a little while watching a movie after the surgery, but there was almost no swelling! The day after the surgery, my entire face was slightly swollen and then subsided. In fact, I slept very well even though I was lying down when I woke up from sitting down. However, he said that the swelling was still there, but I was very satisfied with the swelling.
Everyone was very kind during the surgery, and I slept comfortably without being nervous at all. When I woke up, it was over! Also, I melted the bridge of my nose during the filler surgery, so I had bruises for a week. It's
already been a while since the surgery, but first of all, it's nice that the angry part between my eyebrows seems to have completely disappeared, and the bridge of my nose is the height I wanted! I think I did a great job removing the filler.. I have absolutely no regrets, and in fact, I think I did a really good job. It's the best. I'm really grateful to the director who made it look so naturally pretty and classy. I'm working hard to promote it because I want everyone around me to do Kozel nose too. Haha, really, really.
