I spent about 4 days just breathing through my mouth and turning on the humidifier. From then on, I can breathe. I
can see the swelling going down
as I recover. Swelling remains, but it's barely noticeable.
For follow-up care, I
applied ointment to the nose and used an ice pack to help the swelling go down.
