*Rhinoplasty Director Gyeong-hoon Gyeong-hoon (using silicone, nasal septum, and ear cartilage)
Low nose + short nose + full nose + nasal labrum

He provides consultation based on CT and photos, and draws the shape of the nose on the photo. He explained in great detail why it should be done this way and the angle of the nose, etc., and out of all the consultations I've had so far, I felt the most trustworthy. While receiving the consultation, I
thought I should have it done here. On the day of the consultation, I canceled all of my future consultation reservations, paid the deposit, and scheduled the surgery date.
If you look at the reviews
on the day
, there are some people who say they woke up during the surgery. I was nervous and asked the nurse, and she said it didn't happen, so I
was completely reassured. I was put under anesthesia, closed my eyes, and the surgery was over!
Nose hair removal and other things were all done after anesthesia, so the only pain I felt in the operating room was the injection.
After the surgery, my throat was so dry rather than painful, so I
gargled and it seemed to get better. I also tried breathing to get rid of it, but I couldn't breathe through my nose and my mouth didn't work well either. It didn't open and it was very difficult because of this... I went home and eventually got rid of the fuss and went to sleep. If I didn't, I felt like I would suffocate. I turned on the
humidifier, put a water cup next to my hand, woke up every 30 minutes to an hour, drank water, went back to sleep, and repeated that day. Passing
1st day of surgery (nose cotton removal + antibiotic injection)
When they remove the nose cotton, they say 'Ah' but it turns out like this. Do you
feel dizzy when your nose gets stained? It feels like that, but it's so strong...
There's a silicone support inside, and the nasal mucosa is swollen, so the nurse tells me that even if I remove it, it will be difficult to breathe through my nose for a while
. It's so cool right after I remove the nasal cotton, but if I breathe through my nose, it's so spicy that I end up breathing through my mouth. My nose is clogged again ㅠㅠ
My face still isn't very swollen or anything, and
there is some pain, but it's not really painful, it feels like a bit of a tingling sensation.
On the 1st day, I woke up for 30 minutes to 1 hour, drank water, and repeated
the procedure. On the 2nd day,
I started to see some swelling under my eyes.
There was no pain other than the occasional tingling sensation.
The buccal suction area only hurt a little when I touched it.
On the 3rd day after surgery,
I still breathed through my nose. It hasn't healed well, but it's a lot better than the first day.
It's amazing when I can breathe through my nose because it's occasionally pierced. I
was worried because I heard it's swollen a lot for the 3rd day, but there's not much swelling.
I removed the bandage from the cheek suction area, and there's a light green bruise on the left jaw line, but the swelling isn't that bad.
The quality of my sleep seems to be improving little by little compared to the first day, but as expected, I woke up because I was thirsty and went back to sleep.
On the morning
of the 4th day after surgery,
I woke up with pain all over my face.
I think it was because the side of my ear cartilage was pressed while I was sleeping. I
didn't think there was much swelling, but when I looked in the mirror in the morning, I saw swelling towards the lower canal. It's still uncomfortable
to breathe through the nose.
It's
the 5th day
after surgery, and at some point my nose is pierced. I feel like I had a good night's sleep while breathing through
my nose for the first time since rhinoplasty. There are times when my nose gets stuffy, but I'm so happy that I can breathe through my nose like I did before the nose surgery. I breathe through my mouth. Resting was a lot harder than I thought ㅠㅠ Should I say that my chest keeps feeling tight for some reason...
And I had a runny nose until yesterday, but now it's almost gone!!
Sometimes the inside of the splint is very itchy ㅠㅠ
6th day after surgery
ㅠㅠ Occasionally my nose feels tight, but there is no pain and
the swelling... my lower cheek is swollen a lot, so my face is square ㅠㅠ
7th day after surgery (removal of splint + removal of support inside the nose + removal of sutures + swelling) Laser)
It hurts a little to remove the nasal lining. It hurts a lot to
remove the splint. It really feels like my nose is being torn off.
After removing the support inside my nose,
I can really breathe, which is great. After removing the splint, there are some bruises and there is still swelling on the nose. He said there was a lot of swelling on the cheeks as well, so he told me that it would take about a month for the line to appear. He said he
used 3 milliliters of nose silicone, ear cartilage on the tip of the nose, and nasal support nasal septum, and
that he removed about 5 cc of facial suction on one side.
When I got home, I saw that the swelling had gotten even worse. It looks like it's gone, but there's still some swelling between my eyebrows like an avatar. Still, I really like the lines, and my nose has become sharper, so my eyes have become clearer. I've
been worried about this for a long time, but I think I did the right thing!
