Nose job

[Blessed Nose]

Don't do rhinoplasty (including no implants). You can't go back to the past without knowing the future. Think about what you're trying to do.

I didn't have any complaints about my nose when I was young, but as I got older, I got the feeling that my nose got longer.. From a certain moment, every time I took a picture, it started to bother me.. So I went to a plastic surgeon for a consultation. I did, but the doctor who seemed so trustworthy told me that I could only see my nose and that I could fix it like this... and said that I could do anything and that there were no side effects. So, I got Bokko + no-implant nose tip (nasal septum, ear cartilage) + nostril reduction. I felt like I would be pretty with just my nose, I would be more confident when meeting people, and only good things would happen, so I underwent surgery without even looking into the side effects. If there were side effects, I thought it wouldn't be my business and wanted to turn away. However, this article is not a side effect article. Rhinoplasty should never be performed even if there are no side effects such as inflammation, bleeding, contracture, or necrosis. I am writing this article to tell you the reason... Why don't plastic surgeons do rhinoplasty before this? I'd rather have the surgery and find out more about what I've done, and as a result of my research, I don't think anyone who wants to get a nose job really knows what they're doing to themselves. If you know the right person, it's something you'll never do. Have you ever seen a plastic surgeon who did nose surgery? can you tell me if there is I haven't seen a single one Rather, when I was interviewed, “Why don’t you do nose surgery?” I've seen doctors say, "I'm short, but my nose is good," or barely answer. - Plastic surgeons are doctors only for themselves. Not people who save lives, but people who do it to make money (I've only seen one doctor who conscientiously specializes in reconstruction.. He really works with a calling.. Except for those exceptional cases, 99% are people trying to make their own money) . - That's why plastic surgeons don't tell the truth. They don't tell you why they don't do plastic surgery... And to customers who have a nose that is functioning normally, "Your nose is normal. That's pretty enough. Why do you want to do something that can't be undone once you do it? You'll regret it.” First of all, our nose has a well-coordinated self-organism inside to maintain its unique shape. Rhinoplasty requires tearing and damaging this tissue, but manipulation is possible. Doing the surgery now means destroying the shape like that? If you do this once, you won't be able to return to your original nose for the rest of your life... What this means is that 1. Life is limited. forever. I can't rub my nose at will. I can't dig my nose. I can't press hard. I can't exercise what I want to do. I can't hold my baby as much as I want (I'm afraid he'll accidentally hit me). If you accidentally drop your phone on your face, a ball comes flying, or someone accidentally hits you on the street... -> Disaster. I have to live with anxiety for the rest of my life... And my nose gets very hard. I can't go back to my old nose for the rest of my life. Plastic surgeons never tell me about this.  - Really funny. Before the surgery, 1-6 months after the surgery (depending on what you're trying to do), you can go about your daily life. But after n years, the patient said, “There was such a thing/accident, but my nose was swollen. Isn't it inflammation? I have pain”, and the plastic surgery side says, “You should have been careful for the rest of your life”… … .. right. Own cartilage can also be broken and returned.. Yes, you have to be careful all your life ^^… 2. Self-used cartilage can never be returned for the rest of one's life. You're fired for the rest of your life. You can think of it as getting disabled for the rest of your life. ^^ 1) Nasal septum If the surgery goes wrong here, there is a possibility of a saddle nose or a lifted nose, and even if nothing goes wrong, the nasal septum is cut, so the nose can be more blocked than before. The mucous membrane is also thin...   Now, let's say that nothing really happened and it went well. Now, the surgery went well and I used it well for 15 years.. Then, will there be no problems for the 16th year? Will there be any problems for 17 years? If you want to live to 70-80... shouldn't you spend 40 years? But over time, the septum weakens. It sinks or bends little by little due to gravity and the weight of the skin... If you're lucky, you'll just fall down or just get lower. Most people's nasal septum is naturally curved (/facial asymmetry), so it bends little by little depending on the curve... .. When laughing, talking, or chewing, the force applied to the left and right is different, so one side receives more force.. It breaks . What if the septum is broken? Then you have to have another surgery with another cartilage... More about the revision surgery below.. 2) Ear cartilage Ears can usually be collected from 4 parts during nose surgery (I don't think there are many cases where all 4 are used), but even if you use only one part of them, the ears will definitely be different. When I touch it with my hands, there is no part collected, and the strength of my ears is definitely weak. Originally, it wasn't like this, and after a few weeks of use after recovery, toothache started from ear pain (original ear pain also appears as toothache). After nose surgery and not being able to wear glasses like before, I really regret it... More than anything, our ears are very useful in emergencies like burns and skin cancer. It's for emergencies like this, it's not for plastic surgery that doesn't help your health at all.. Similar to the nose, you have to be careful about turning over and folding your ears. Plastic surgery says that you can fold your ears after 2-3 months. There are many cases.)) The patient is responsible for not managing it. Now, we read the precautions for the operation and agreed to them all. Either it was inflamed in the beginning after the surgery or you couldn't manage it yourself.  3) Rib cartilage This is the cartilage that I usually think about when re-surgery. Unfortunately, if I have already had nose surgery, there is a high probability that I will use rib cartilage someday in my life. Since costal cartilage is originally a bent rib, the nasal septum is bent later due to the tendency to return to that bent shape. -Aren't you going to live for 60 years? If it bends, reoperation again..     3. Even if it is removed, it is a problem. Having plastic surgery already damaged the soft tissue that was originally in the person in the first step, which maintains the shape of the nose, so the nose cannot maintain its shape without something else to support it... Unfortunately, among those who have had surgery to remove it , There are cases where the nasal septum is bent or collapsed in the back (even after 7-8 years at the earliest). Even those who have contacted me for 20-30 years.. there is no single person..? (It may be difficult to say , but I've never seen a doctor show me pictures of surgery 5 or 10 years later..?   ) It means to make an incision and operate again.. The more you open it, the more… The blood supply is not good, so the possibility of necrosis increases.. That's why revision surgery is a bigger operation. There are many revision surgery and revision revision surgery... … . Getting a pretty nose is temporary, losing health, time, and money is a lifetime... .. You're not going to die after living for 5 or 10 years ㅜㅜㅠㅠㅠ Also, as you live your life, there is a very, very high probability that you will undergo surgery to live.. Well, as you all know... The appendix, diverticulum, childbirth, cancer, cardiovascular disease, there are so many diseases in the world that may not be touched yet... The more surgeries are performed, the more blood vessels are cut off, the more our body will not be the same as before... Later on, there will be times when you absolutely have to have surgery for life or death problems, but when that happens (as a result of touching your nose when you were young), think of having to take care of your nose as well... It only takes one day to decide to have nose surgery, but the days you have to live with that decision are a lifetime...   My nose before surgery was really objectively ugly. However, there was no functional defect and there was no limit to life. I want to go back even if I live my life paying off my life.. Nose surgery is a surgery I regret after doing it. Before doing it, I only see good articles. I don't even click on the post that tells me not to do it until I do it.. And I have to experience it myself, I regret it. But what do you do if you regret something that has already happened... The "you of the distant future" who had nose surgery will definitely want to tear your past away... But it's impossible to turn back time... … Even if you cry after doing it, it's just that you can't go back to the past because it's already happened and you can't help it.  If one nose changes, many things will change, but when you look at a long life, the days to live with a pretty nose are too short. When you change your attitude towards life, your life changes. On the other hand, the energy, time, and money that go into it once you touch your nose is just the beginning.  We are born in our mothers' wombs, taking for granted much greater things than we think. Right now, it's just that I don't know the true value of it and I'm not thankful... Before the nose surgery, when I was able to handle my nose to my heart's content, when I was able to breathe freely and touch my nose, why couldn't I be more grateful, why couldn't you love me more, what's so dissatisfied. There were so many things.. I regret it so so much.. And I regret so so much why no one said this to me, why I didn't even try to listen, why I made such a stupid decision...
