3rd Unexpected surgery, my mind is at a loss,,
I hope it will be helpful to others, so I will write a review of the surgery. do!
While watching the progress, I wrote it down on a notepad whenever I had a chance!

(1st surgery) The
skin is white and thin, but during the 1st surgery, I unreasonably raised it with 4mm silicone and
ear cartilage at the tip of the nose. After 6 months, the ear cartilage at the tip of the nose was severely reflected
and there was some pain when touching the cartilage of the left nasal wing.
(Secondary surgery)

I thought it would be okay after a year, but my
skin was constantly getting thinner, so now I thought that it would be okay to remove the silicone and lower the tip of the
nose. came to know
(3rd surgery (Kplus Plastic Surgery))
As it was my third surgery, I was mentally exhausted, so I consulted K Plus Plastic Surgery Clinic with total and partial removal in mind.
When I entered the consultation by organizing my concerns on a notepad,
Dr. Kim Se-young read them one by one and answered
them .
I made an appointment for surgery because it touched me even more when I was mentally exhausted.
In this third operation, 2mm of silicone was removed, part of the ear cartilage at the tip of the nose was removed to prevent translucency and gaps, and the dermis at the tip of the nose was used.
On the day of surgery: After fasting for 3 hours, I went to the plastic surgery clinic in time for the surgery. It has been over a month since the consultation, so I had time to talk in detail about the nose design with Dr. Kim Se-young before surgery. I have thin skin, so I removed the existing silicone of about 2mm, removed part of the ear cartilage at the tip of the nose, and removed the dermis from the buttocks to the tip of the nose. I proceeded with surgery~ A
week after surgery: During the week after surgery, I visited the hospital about 4 times to check the progress! The doctor personally sterilized and confirmed the surgical area, so I trusted him even more. There are some bruises on the bridge of the nose and next to the eyes, but I'm really satisfied with the chubby and natural tip of the nose that I wanted, as well as a natural connection with the bridge of the nose.
You'll know the shape of the nose after the swelling goes away for a long time in the next 1-2 years, but I'm glad that the parts I worried about seem to be recovering well!! I hope the shape of my nose comes out naturally even if the swelling goes down. I was very nervous because it was the 3rd surgery, but maybe because the doctor took good care of me, I'm taking away the silicone now, but the shape of my nose is more natural
Certainly, the swelling has gone down more and more than the 1st week. and nose tip connection became natural.
The bruises in the center of the bridge of the nose and under the eyes are now disappearing in yellow, so if I cover them up with makeup in the future, I think they will look good.
Before the surgery, when taking pictures with an unnatural nose bridge and pointed tip, I was stressed out because it was obvious, but now the tip of my nose is round and it looks like I have chubby skin, so I really like it. People around me say that the line without silicone is prettier than before
, so I regret that I
had to have the surgery earlier. Rather, I like it because it's smooth and has a little curve because it's more natural
. I'm glad that the stitches on my butt hurt less when I sit now and it seems to be getting better! In the future, I hope that the swelling will go down little by little and come out with a more natural and pretty nose

It's already been 3 weeks since I had surgery with Dr. Kim Se-young of K Plus Plastic Surgery. Currently, swelling and bruising are almost all gone, and my nose is plump and smooth, so I'm satisfied haha Everyone who knows that I'm doing silicone removal and dermal surgery this time says that my nose is more natural and pretty now!! I am also very satisfied with the shape of my nose, which is now plump and moderately smooth, as it seems to suit me better. I think it's thanks to Dr. Kim Se-young's delicate design before surgery. There are still melting stitches in my nose, so I'm still disinfecting it, but it's much better, except for a slight pain when touching it. After about 3 weeks, the buttocks didn't hurt when I sat down, and the scars weren't as dark as I thought, so I think I did a good job safely using my own tissue! Now, there is a family wedding in the 4th week, a week later, so I hope it becomes more natural~ haha
