I had already been informed that in the case of cleft lip and palate, there are many cases of reoperation after surgery to further refine the shape, and

I can't always take pictures, but if I were to explain it in words, the columella was too
long and it made my nose look long, so they shortened it a little to make it look more natural.
Although it is not shown in the picture, there was a slight difference in the size and shape of the nostrils, so that was also slightly
corrected. In my opinion, it's much better than the first surgery.
I had septum surgery at the same time, but it's still not clogged and I
'm still breathing well through my nose. Instead, the inside of my nose still feels a little less organized (?), but it's
not particularly uncomfortable, so I don't think it's a big deal.
I think this is okay without any major side effects, and compared to the crooked nose I
had before the surgery, I think I've improved a lot (?), so I'm going to live my life without having to do anything.
Even if you don't have a nice nose like a celebrity, there's something about a nose that looks normal.
