I underwent implant-free nose tip, alar reduction, and osteotomy. For the tip of the nose, only ear cartilage + nasal septum was used. It has been about 6 weeks now and it has become very natural. My nose is almost back now, and I don't feel any tingling at all. After looking at my nose, many people around me ask where I did it haha The director was so kind every time he went to see the doctor and thanks to the treatment he gave me, I think I'm living a really new life now haha.
