around 6 months after the first surgery,
and only the tip of the nose was made with the nasal septum + ear cartilage . But haha, the nasal septum was removed a lot, resulting in a saddle nose.
Below, because of the shape of the reoperation,
I reconstructed it with ribs with the intention of not doing it again because of the shape
, and the tip of the nose was reshaped. It's been about 10 days since
the ribs + nose bridge were made with silicone
haha. The nose bridge is still a bit weird on the front, but
