I did both a functional nose and a cosmetic nose.
I put in 4mm silicone, and used ear cartilage and nasal septum.
The nose didn't go down as much as I thought, so the overall feeling is sad. My nose is small and short, so I feel like I should have used the ribs instead.
The swelling hasn't gone down so much. It's been about a month since Avatar Korra, and when it goes down a little, I'll bring a picture to get it removed.
I hope it goes down a lot.
