My mother's nature was like this.
-Non-severe hooked nose
-Slightly
masculine with a relatively slightly drooping nose tip (it looks like a moderate straight line on one side because of the hyoid
bone) Because of rhinitis, I had to have surgery later)
-Thin skin
-I have both structural and allergic rhinitis.
I had a flat face from the front, so I thought my nose bridge was low for the rest of my life
. I said to correct the curved bones and the broad nose with osteotomy of the tip of the nose and the bridge of the nose
!
What I finally did at the hospital I chose was
- 3 types of functional surgery (correction of the humerus by osteotomy of the nasal bridge + correction of wide nasal bridge, nasal valve, deviated septum)
- Cosmetic surgery (cartilage at the tip of the nose)
- Prevention of breast cancer? Anyway, for recovery, fat is extracted from the thigh, stem cells are collected, put in the nose, and the remaining fat is placed under the forehead and under the eyes as a service
.
(The hawk said that I can leave it alone because I'm not too bad.. I'm going to
ask you
how I cut it and trimmed it when I took it off the
splint;
The tip of my nose drooping a little didn't stress me too much. The biggest goal was to make the frontal improvement a little more humble.
It's still the 5th day, so I can't tell you about the shape, so I'll take the shape off the splint and
leave a review with the name of the hospital and photos. What it looks like now is that the tip of the nose has been slightly corrected, and the nostrils have no side effects? My acquaintances said that I was splinted, but my image seemed to have been cleaned up a bit. The angle of the nose tip did not rise much. With the feeling of being organized...? When I measured it with the protractor app, it definitely went up. If the transition is 90 degrees, is it 100 degrees? But I'm thinking of going down
as
the swelling subsides.
I refrained from drinking too much from a week ago and couldn't exercise for a month.
I thought that recovery would be quicker only if I earned stamina..
The day of surgery was Friday, and I visited as soon as I opened the hospital door after taking annual leave.
There was a doctor and a nurse assistant at the one-person hospital.. I was afraid of anesthesia and even the moment I lay down on the operating table, I was afraid
to die..
Here, I use light + partial anesthesia under sedation, and I wake up naturally in the middle of the operation.. If the patient is afraid, they put me back to sleep after checking the drug dose and physical condition. I did... I was told that I was going to have surgery on my mind lol. And they said that it is better to have surgery when the patient is calmly awake rather than sleeping.
Even when I was on medication, I said, "Please never put me to sleep." And at the moment of waking up, the bones on both sides were cleaved! All the breaking things were done while talking.. "Teacher, is this breaking my bones?" "It hurts more than I thought, partial anesthesia is amazing.." We finished the operation while chatting with people like this. I felt it, but collecting ear cartilage and tying it doesn't really feel like anything..
Basically, there is a little bit of weakness and it doesn't hurt too much, so I think it's better to wake up in the middle than to sleep the whole time..! The doctor said that I was awake and calm, which made the operation really easy. I was told to take a breath at the end, but it was so well rested I said wow. At the end I put in a cotton pad and finished it.
I walked on my feet and entered the recovery room.. -> I was awake throughout the operation, so I just wanted to go home, so I lied down for 15 minutes and said if I could go home Returning home -> Maybe because the anesthetic energy remains, I slept in the car all the way home.. I slept even when I arrived...
The taste is better than I thought? I could feel it, so I ate the porridge well. The blood kept coming out and I was putting gauze under my nose. My body was feeling a bit tired, and I usually had a stuffy nose, so breathing through my mouth wasn't very difficult,
but at night I was really frustrated that my nose was swollen.
My ear hurts like crazy ㅠㅠ It's so bitter... I woke up and drank water all the time.. I'm anxiously waiting for that...
The swelling starts to rise.. Bruising X, a little under the eyes? Lifting does not spread too much The
osteotomy swelling around the splint has risen quite a bit. (I tried it at the hospital and touched it, but I feel it is soft and swollen on the left and right sides of the forehead and nose bridge) Swelling on the brow area and maybe it's because of the taping effect. .. the ears are less sore than last night.
As soon as the hospital door opened, I went to check that I was breathing well without the nose. I disinfected and went home.
Others say that as soon as the nose is removed, the person breathes for a while and the mucous membrane is blocked again, but what kind of magic did the teacher use
; I kept opening it... Instead, from the 2nd day, runny nose and blood squirted out and it was clogged up and it was difficult because the nose was moist. .? I feel like I slept as comfortably as possible... I slept all day... I wondered if my body was trying to recover, I ate, slept, and went to sleep, but I fell asleep and repeated it over and over again. I walked gently for about 20 minutes as a test on that day, and when I was lying down it was fine, but when I walked, blood came out, so I decided to rest until the second day.
From today on, I washed everything except my ears and nose! Earcaps for dyeing ears while wearing a mask? After taking a shower and
taking a shower , it is unavoidable that water gets into my ears, so I wipe it off and dry it well with the cold air of the dryer
-The day when the swelling was the most... Yes, it's a little uncomfortable to open your eyes? Are your cheeks chubby? I felt it Seeing my face and holding back my laughter is the biggest challenge
After walking for about an hour while watching TV at home, the severe swelling subsided quickly... I filled it up at home.. There were no specifics, but from that day on, I started to feel the pain at the osteotomy and the soreness at the incision. I fell, picked up Tylenol and slept ㅠㅠ
- I woke up with swelling similar to the third day, went for a 4km round trip lunch to buy saline. From this point on, the blood that flowed and the foreign substance in the middle of the nose started to bother me like crazy... (To be honest, I took it off a bit with a sterile cotton swab, but I'm holding on to it now. The blood is still there, rather than the flowing blood, the blood that is clumped inside is mixed with the runny nose... When I am active, the runny nose comes out. I walked about 4km in the evening. I walked on a flat ground Today, the swelling was reduced by walking. Apply a cold compress to the eyes during the middle week. No stuffy nose at all that day! I wanted the foreign body snot to die... Honestly, I touched stuffy stuff on the tip of my nose with my hands ㅠㅠ
- No glare when waking up, the swelling seems to be going down now! The bruise was a small thing under the eye, but it didn't spread or get smaller. No runny nose, no blood.. Aside from the runny nose coming out when wearing a mask, when I am indoors, my nose is soft.. A snot really... A real scab.. I'm going to beg to clean it up the day after tomorrow when I take my splint off... The tip of my nose is more swollen than before surgery. He looks fat, but I can't really judge the swelling right now, so I'm going to focus on getting rid of the swelling!
I'll take the splint off and watch until the 2nd week and come back! It was my first surgery, so
I was so nervous and scared, so when I wrote it, the regulars cheered me up and said it would go well
, so I think I'm recovering without any major pain.
