I had a rhinoplasty without implants in June of last year, and I had
an osteotomy + nose tip.
The shape itself came out well, and even though it was not smooth, it was well cut, but
one regrettable thing seems to be the height
. I am thinking about revision surgery now.
I don't feel that my impression has changed much.
