Hehe After self-derived pico-rhinoplasty, it looks burdensome and high, but its the third month, so Im relieved that the nose is going naturally the way I wanted it ^^ It was artificial and the surgery was painful, but the autogenous dermis is the opposite. The buttocks have recovered to a certain extent and have improved a lot.
