I never use implants because of concerns about side effects. I used ear cartilage and tying the tip of the nose after rhinoplasty. I didnt want a fancy nose, so I liked it. It doesnt seem like it ㅠ I want to get information that can alleviate the thick stitch marks on the outside!! ㅜㅜ
