It was natural and pretty, but since a year has passed, my nose has spread, and now I feel like my nose is lifted up a bit and my nose wings are also jagged.. My nasal passages have also gone in a bit... I wonder why my nose has spread so much after 1 year after surgery... The height of my nose Was it because the septum didnt fit or the nasal septum couldnt support it?
