Its been 7 years since I had a revision rhinoplasty and its been just over a year. The material was donated rib cartilage, and the big swelling went away after 1 month, and the small swelling seems to have gone down by more than 6 months. The nose, which I thought was high at first, settled down and became more natural. I think the lines are well maintained. I was very worried because this was a reoperation, but Im glad that the surgery turned out better than I expected.
