I had rhinoplasty today, and I have a small nose, so I breathe through my mouth a lot... So its not hard to breathe because of a stuffy nose, but throbbing and pounding on the bridge of the nose. I dont think there are many people who say that breathing is uncomfortable after nose surgery.
