Has anyone ever progressed with donor cartilage? I havent seen any comments yet... so Im trying to get up and running. Donor cartilage is dead material. It is absorbed according to the mechanism of removing foreign substances from the body. Even if the cartilage, periosteum, and surrounding tissues are alive, regeneration is difficult. In particular, the probability of failure is very high if you use it as a support in a place to care about the tip or height of the nose, thinking that it temporarily gives support and disappears. It is one of the reasons for the frequent revision of the nose. If you want to proceed with cartilage, we recommend that you proceed with autologous cartilage.
