I put silicone on the bridge of my nose, and I used donated ribs and ear cartilage. I was worried about the donor rib and the donor rib, but if you think about safety, the autologous rib would be better.. I thought the surgery to remove the rib was too big.. (personal opinion) After much consideration, I chose the donated rib. The line was not smooth. I think you did it by holding it and fixing the tip of the nose well? A little swelling on the tip of the nose lasted for a while, but after about two months, the little swelling also went away haha
