Its been about 2 weeks since the bridge of the nose + short nose surgery. I originally had a really low nose, so I wanted a really tall and pointed nose, but I like the shape, but its too natural than I thought, so Im a little disappointed... .. Is this the maximum even if I originally put 4-5mm of silicone and raise it through the nasal septum?? In hospital terms, it was still quite high.
