Its the 7th day after the operation, and from the male nose + double nose + low nose, I used ear cartilage + silicone to raise the forehead + bridge of the nose + tip of the nose. I dont do rhinoplasty separately. I have a low nose, so if I raise the bridge of the nose, it will naturally rise. I expected the shape of the nose to some extent by showing the mirror and putting it up like this with a cotton swab. The splint was removed on the 5th day and the stitches were loosened today. The surgery went so well that I thought there was no bruising and almost no swelling. The manager seems to be doing a really good job. The tip of the nose seems to have risen a bit, but the swelling has not gone down yet, so I guess Ill have to wait a bit longer!
