I am the person who had silicone removed and nose tip trimmed in July of last year.
The surgery went well, but my right nostril
lifted during the removal and it still hurts even after 6 months.
I went to the plastic surgeon who removed it 6 months later and

I decided to find a hospital that has a good
reputation. The place I chose was Mint Plastic Surgery
(I paid all my money for it.)
Mint is the hospital where I had my nose augmented two years ago,
and I was very satisfied with it.
The doctor was kind, so I went there after seeing the doctor.
The director actually said that the unevenness isn't
that bad. All nostrils are evenly matched. It's not that weird.
He told me to think about it carefully, but it kept bothering me.
Especially when I took a picture, it was very noticeable.
When I just saw it, people had to tell me,
or it wouldn't be noticeable. I was told that I was
growing
out of it , but I was stressed every time I looked at the picture, so I ended up having surgery.
It has advantages, but it also has many disadvantages, so
if you are thinking about lowering your nostrils, think carefully
