I had nose surgery in the sky, but the tip of my nose drooped and something came out. It looks like a bulging nose, and the osteotomy is not properly done, and I am very sorry for the consultation... Really go around the hospital and find it. I wont explain it properly and Ill just do the revision surgery, isnt it prettier than the original nose?
