It was a slightly feminine face, so I had the operation because I wanted to become more masculine. [Surgery Details] The operation was performed with silicone. Im not sure exactly what type of implant it is. I know that autologous cartilage was used on the tip of the nose. [Remarks] (1) Reflection on that time (i) Consultation It seems that people with specific needs, especially women, approached it a little differently. Teacher, I want to become more manly. I dont know exactly which style suits my face. As long as its not unnatural, I think itll be fine. Please recommend in consideration of my current face shape, etc. I had a lot of consultation, and I proceeded as recommended. The reason I didnt add my personal opinion is because I think the counselor or doctor knows better than me. The price was not negotiated and paid as requested. As I wanted, I became more manly than before, and it became quite natural. (2) What I feel now However, after about 13 and a half years, I am experiencing minor side effects in my nose. (i) There seems to be a gradual build-up. Its not at a serious stage yet. but, People who have known me for a long time, such as my wife and sister-in-law and have good eyesight, gave me a consistent observation that my nostrils are showing much more these days than in the past. (ii) Also, sometimes when the condition is bad, the tip of the nose becomes slightly red. (Not always.) (iii) If you are in a cold place or not feeling well (such as drinking a lot in a row), your nose may wrinkle slightly.
