I saw a good plastic surgery review, so I went and had it done right away.
It used septal cartilage, and it's been a while since the surgery, and
it's maintained well without any side effects. But I don't like the way it looks, and
I don't want to mess with it again, so I leave it out and have to have the surgery again later. ㅜㅜㅜ
