※ The photo has been taken down. Since the bridge and tip of the nose were not touched at all, I hope this will be helpful to those who are only concerned about nose reduction.^^ This
is a review of a nose reduction done with my own money.
I'm not a broker and I don't even know how to do that.
I will try to write it down as accurately as possible.
Since sending a direct message is a hassle, I will write the parts that can be made public in the text, and
if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments.
Although I don't check it often^^;;; I'll reply to you when I check it out.
First of all, as you can see from the photo, my nose bridge is straight even though it's not high, and
my nostrils are slightly visible, but it's not a snub nose.
As you can see in the before picture, my nostrils are large and round, and I was always worried about my nose spreading out when I smiled.
In ㅁㅌ, there is a separate surgery called raising/lowering the nasal wings,
but in the case of my nose, the nasal bridge is visible from the side, so they said that there was no need to raise the nasal wings, so in this
case, only the nasal bridge reduction was performed.
I told the director about it, but even though my nose isn't extravagantly pretty,
I think it's a nose that just matches my face's image, so
I don't think I would have bothered to think about surgery if it didn't spread out when I smile.
I would like to write a review in six major categories.
1. Surgical process / 2. Swelling / 3. Scar / 4. Effect / 5. Cost / 6. Side effects
-------------------------- ----------------------------
1. Surgical procedure
: Internal incision I had my nose bridge reduced. As mentioned above , a non-incision nostril reduction was also performed to slightly tie the space between the noses
to prevent the nose from spreading out when smiling
. I think the entire surgery took about 30 minutes from arriving at the hospital to leaving the hospital door.
The anesthesia is also the most painful. It doesn't hurt enough to kill me. It's bearable.
Personally, it hurt more to anesthetize the inside of the eye when getting an eye stye;; Otherwise, dental anesthesia was more painful.
The inside of my nostrils were cleaned with disinfectant, and it was a bit unpleasant to see the disinfectant come down my throat during this process, but
other than that, there was no particular discomfort from the surgery itself.
Can you slightly feel the thread passing through or being sewn? It didn't hurt.
2. Swelling
As you can see, the swelling was not severe.
On the first day alone, my nostrils felt square because they were tightly tied together.
As time passed, my nostrils became round again. I think it took a week.
It was uncomfortable to feel the philtrum being pulled when I smiled (to be exact, I couldn't make a frowning facial expression by raising my upper lip),
but this also got better over time.
The swelling in my philtrum hasn't gone all the way down yet (it's not noticeable at all to the naked eye), but
I feel like there's something between my philtrum and upper lip, but it's not an uncomfortable feeling like a foreign body.
3. Scar
(Additional: A large crust will remain on the stitches for at least 5 days. If you gently remove it with a cotton swab, it will fall off in about 5 days.
Once the crust comes off, the stitches themselves will not be noticeable.)
Currently at the hospital. I was told that this peak is when the scar becomes hard, red, and sticks together, but
now, exactly one month later, the scar is still hard and red.
However, it can be covered with BB cream. If you apply a matte concealer with touch-up makeup, it won't be noticeable at all.
If you don't force yourself to look into the nostrils, you won't be able to see them.
Even though my nostrils are clearly visible from the front, it's a disfigurement that is well covered by makeup.
They say it gradually fades over 3 to 6 months. I'll try to write a review about this later..
My nose has thick skin, so I heard that there might be line marks(?) left in the future.
They told me it wouldn't be serious.
(If you don't understand what a line mark is, you will understand if you look at fx Luna's recent nose photo.)
4. Effect
(Additional: If you want to reduce it significantly, you can request so during the consultation. The director is very good at explaining things, but They say that they can tie the area between the nostrils more strongly depending on the customer's request, but I am satisfied with the nose puffing problem even though I tied it just a little bit. Since I prioritize naturalness, I sleep at a level that does not spread when I smile. It's a case where they put a lot of emphasis on making it soft... hahaha)
Personally, I'm very satisfied.
It didn't reduce the nostrils significantly from the front, but that's what I wanted.
I told them to reduce it a little in a very natural way so that no one would notice.
As you can see from the photo, it has become very subtly smaller. I tend to think it went well.
It definitely spreads less when I laugh than before. I am very satisfied with this alone.
5. The cost
was in the late 700,000 won range.
I heard that price reconnaissance cannot be suppressed. Card/cash prices were the same.
6. Side effects
: First of all, my philtrum still feels unnatural when I smile.
It's okay
to just smile or laugh moderately loudly while talking
, but when I burst out laughing out loud, I still feel like there's something in my mouth.
I have a feeling.
I inquired at the hospital and was informed that the symptoms would improve over 6 months, so I am waiting for now.
If I get a chance, I'll write a review later.
I hope this helps many people who are thinking about nose reduction!
뭐 성형이란게 원래 자기만족 아니겠습니까? 콧볼축소 고민하시는 분들께 도움 되었으면 하는 마음에 사진까지 첨부하여 시간내서 글적었는데 댓글에 마음이 좀 상하는건 어쩔수가 없네요 ㅎㅎ;
원래 이 병원이 자연스럽게 하는 곳이니 화려한 외양새 추구하시면 패스하는게 맞는 것 같아요~
