This is a photo taken 3 months after the nose surgery.
I originally had a small, round nose, but since I had a narrow nose bridge, they only did an osteotomy at the tip of the nose and said they would also remove a little fat. I am satisfied with the side view. But my nose got more crooked.
Originally, the nose was curved, but it was straight from the middle of the nose to the tip. However, as the position of the tip of the nose was lowered and the height of the nasal septum was raised, the position fell below the original curved direction and became more curved...
As the swelling has gone down a lot, the crooked nose has become more visible. The hospital has admitted their mistake and said they will provide free as-is.
I think people won't know if I don't tell them, but I can see well.
But I'm not confident I'll have the surgery again yet. I don't know what to do. .
