I think nose surgery is definitely the most difficult surgery.
If you look at the skeleton model, only the nose part is open, which means that the nose is a part of the human face made entirely of cartilage, so it is soft, so if you raise your nose forcibly unless it is high to begin with, other tissues will react and move accordingly. I guess I have no choice.
But maybe it's because my skin is thin and sensitive.
I didn't feel it at first, but as each day passed, after about 4 years, I felt like my nose was slightly lifted.
But at first, the feeling of hearing seemed odd, and others might think you didn't hear that much. It's just because my nose is small. I did it... but
after I had philtrum reduction surgery last December, my nose was completely raised.
Originally, the nose was small and the skin was thin and the tip was weak, but when the philtrum was reduced, the tip of the nose was clearly lifted. It is probably due to the creation of sternum due to philtrum surgery and the resulting downward tension + some slight effect on the nasal tissue...(?)
Since the philtrum reduction,
family, friends, and co-workers have admitted that their noses have lifted.
It's been over 6 months since the crowd was reduced... but I can hear it more and more clearly.
So I was very upset...
Even though my nose bridge was a little lower, I think my original virgin nose has improved.
But if you have to really ask what this is, it is primarily because of nose surgery...
Philtrum reduction surgery should be done on people who have a strong, healthy nose and a lot of skin tissue...!! Also, the maximum length to reduce the philtrum with one surgery is about 7mm. Even if it is reduced by 9~10mm, the surgery will reduce the length by about 2mm over time. This is because the flesh becomes soft again and the lip muscles are used again. And for philtrum surgery, scar care is essential because scars vary greatly from person to person... I take care of the scar... but it's so inconvenient that I can't even go to the hospital for free...
Unless the person has a philtrum longer than 2 cm. I recommend not doing it if possible.
