I have rhinitis and my fat nose and big nostrils were a bit of a complex, but
in my opinion, my nose has become thinner and my nostrils have shrunk a lot, which is really good.
And I think my nose bridge has gotten noticeably higher!
The best part was that I sent a few pictures of the nose I wanted, and
right before the surgery, he printed out all of those pictures and showed them in the operating room.
That part gave me a lot of confidence!!
