My skin is a bit thick, my nose bone is wide, and
the length of my nose is short, so I had to have a second surgery that was more difficult than the first surgery.
I went to about 6 hospitals for consultations,
but there were some that gave me no confidence, and some of them were not
that good. There won't be much change.
Even with correction, it's hard to get the shape you want.
Should I not have the surgery again? I also thought about it

The last doctor I saw
said it would be possible. He said it would be better if I went in for surgery, and
he explained it
by drawing a picture of my profile.
It was a ray of hope. After removing the silicone, he put in new silicone. Osteotomy. Nasal septum. Nasolabial angle
reduction, use of donated ribs, and ear cartilage. Wow...
I was very worried because it was a major surgery and a reoperation, but
the surgery was completed safely without waking up during anesthesia!
It was really hard
until the third day because I couldn't breathe through my nose, but
once I got rid of my nose, it was a whole new world! !
Until the 5th day, I applied ice packs from time to time
. The pharmacy sold a 4-piece set for swelling, including Elas A and pumpkin juice, so
I bought a week's supply and took it one by one a day.
I also took the prescribed medicine and ointment on time!
The swelling could go down quickly. What was possible was that I went to work from the 3rd day and kept moving lol.
Then the pictures of morning swelling and evening swelling were different.
From the 5th day, I used the Elasgel bruise cream I had at home morning and night
to cover the yellow bruises on my cheeks. I kept applying it!
After taking off the splint and removing the stitches, it's truly a whole new world haha.
Now I have to remove the stitches inside my nose again, and
when I do that, I'll post another review!
