It’s been 5 months since my nose surgery!!

I've seen many people say that it takes about 6 months for the nose to settle, but now it seems like the lines are slowly settling in, making it look thinner and sharper! Since my nose was so severe and low, would I be able to see a dramatic effect? I was worried a lot, but honestly, I feel like I've seen a lot of results, so I'm very satisfied. Even if I go back to the way I was before, I think I'll definitely have the surgery! But what I'm curious about is, is there a chance that my skin will become thicker like before and I'll have a box nose again?
